- Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK only
- Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.
- Delivery times are estimates and we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays this is to be used as a guide only. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as busy periods or if an item is not available we will email you to inform you of this where will make the item, so may take longer than time specified. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Damaged Items in Transport
- If there is any damage to your order on delivery, we request you to contact us immediately so this can be rectified at email@example.com
- Photographs of the damaged goods are required in order that we can replace the damaged items quickly. We may request that you return your damaged items for inspection and to help us improve our packaging.
- If you are unable to provide photographs, we ask that you return the damaged items in their original packaging for inspection and so that we can replace the damaged items.
